It's a cafe type thing. Apparently REALLY popular, without a reservation it's almost always a 3 hour wait and it was even featured in the movie Serendipity with John Cusack. They have this drink called a Frozen Hot Chocolate that I really wanna try and also a $1000 ice cream sundae.
